Ignite Your Future with the ECM Libra Foundation Scholarships
Full and partial scholarships are available to students from Year 7 onwards.
How To Apply:
Application from must be completed and accompanied by the following:
- A personal statement of not more than 300 words
- A copy of your most recent academic results
- A copy of your extra-curricular achievements (if any)
- At least 1x teacher’s recommendation
- Parent’s monthly income statement for the last 3 months. Please redact sensitive information (For ASEAN Bright Sparks only)

ASEAN Bright Sparks (Full Scholarship for Fast Track A-Level )
To be awarded this scholarship, students must have excellent academic performance with straight-A results, exhibit notable achievements in extracurricular activities, and display a genuine need for financial assistance.
This full scholarship covers all school and boarding fees valued at RM103,950
Criteria:
- Have completed SPM or the local equivalent (please submit SPM mock exam results)
- Achieved straight As in all SPM subjects or local equivalent
- Must be a resident or citizen of ASEAN countries
- Must be at least 16 years of age, below 20 years of age.
- Have had a leadership role in an extracurricular activity
- Means test and interview applicable
ASEAN Partial Academic Scholarships
Partial scholarships will cover up to 50% of school fees ranging from RM95,850 to RM103,440 per year and boarding fees of RM55,440 per year.
Criteria:
- Have completed UPSR/ PT3/ SPM or the local equivalent
- Have excellent academic results
- Must be a permanent resident, expatriate or citizen of ASEAN countries
- Must meet the age criteria
ASEAN Leadership Scholarships
This is a leadership scholarship offered to students from Year 7 to 13 (excluding the Fast Track A-level Programme) who demonstrate leadership, sports, music, or entrepreneurial skills. Scholarship amount will be decided by the ECM Libra Foundation scholarship committee.
Partial scholarships will cover up to 50% of school fees ranging from RM95,850 to RM103,440 per year and boarding fees of RM55,440 per year.
Criteria:
- Have completed UPSR/ PT3/ SPM or the local equivalent
- Have good academic results
- Excel in sports at a state or national level / have an active leadership role in a community organisation / is creative and possesses an active interest in entrepreneurship.
- Must be a permanent resident, expatriate or citizen of ASEAN countries
- Must meet the age criteria
